The app shows "Delivered" on 04 Jun 2026, but my items are entirely missing. It seems the OTP was taken under false pretenses. What a terrible first experience with your online delivery. @maxfashionindia @ekart_logistics please investigate this fraud and issue a refund!

When I pointed out that AC is included, we had a vocal argument. He was refusing to listen. He basically held the comfort of the ride hostage to extract extra cash from me.I ended up having to pay him ₹450 via UPI just to close the matter. Attaching the driver's details.
