एक “सफल शादी” के छह चरण होते हैं ,पर
ज़्यादातर जोड़े तीसरे चरण में ही हार मान लेते हैं।

चरण 1: हनीमून चरण : हनीमून के दौर में, सब कुछ आसान लगता है।आप दोनों ज़्यादा कोशिश करते हैं,जल्दी माफ़ कर देते हैं,कमियों को नज़रअंदाज़ कर देते हैं, क्योंकि आप अभी भी एक-दूसरे को समझ रहे होते हैं। प्यार अपने-आप होता हुआ महसूस होता है, क्योंकि ज़िंदगी ने अभी तक आपकी परीक्षा नहीं ली होती।यह वह दौर है जहाँ हर कोई हमेशा रहना चाहता है।सब कुछ नया होता है। हर स्पर्श में एक बिजली सी दौड़ जाती है।हर बातचीत किसीनई खोज जैसी लगती है।आपके शरीर में हार्मोन की बाढ़ सी आ जाती है,आपको ऐसा महसूस होता है, जैसे आख़िरकार आपको वह मिल ही गया जिसकी आपको तलाश थी। यह दौर बहुत खूबसूरत होता है। लेकिन यह असली नहीं होता। असलियत सामने आने से पहले, यह आपको एक-दूसरे से जोड़ने का प्रकृति का अपना तरीका है !
चरण 2: असलियत का चरण:
यह वह समय है जब नयापन खत्म होने लगता है। हार्मोन शांत हो जाते हैं।आप उन चीज़ों पर गौर करने लगते हैं जिन्हें आपने पहले नज़रअंदाज़ कर दिया था , उसे आपकी उम्मीद से कहीं ज़्यादा दिलासे की ज़रूरत होती है।बातचीत सपनों के बारे में कम और रोज़मर्रा के कामों के बारे में ज़्यादा होने लगती है।यह वह चरण है जहाँ कई जोड़े घबरा जाते हैं।उन्हें लगता है कि कुछ गलत हो गया है।कुछ भी गलत नहीं हुआ है।आप बस उस व्यक्ति के असली रूप से मिल रहे हैं जो आपकी आपसी केमिस्ट्री के पीछे छिपा था।यहीं से असली काम शुरू होता है।
चरण 3: निराशा का चरण:
यह वह चरण है जहाँ ज़्यादातर जोड़े हार मान लेते हैं।आपको एहसास होता है कि आपका साथी वैसा नहीं है जैसा आपने सोचा था।या यूँ कहें कि, वे वैसे नहीं हैं जैसा आपने उन्हें अपने मन में बना रखा था।यह निराशा असली होती है। वह कल्पना अब खत्म हो चुकी होती है।आपको ऐसा महसूस हो सकता है कि आपके साथ धोखा हुआ है, भले ही असल में किसी ने आपके साथ धोखा न किया हो।आपको लग सकता है कि आपने गलत इंसान से शादी कर ली है। लेकिन ऐसा नहीं है।
आप बस उनके असली रूप से मिले हैं।सवाल यह नहीं है कि वे परफेक्ट हैं या नहीं।सवाल यह है कि क्या आप उन्हें वैसे ही प्यार कर सकते हैं जैसे वे हैं।
चरण 4: तालमेल का चरण:
अगर आप तीसरे चरण से बच निकलते हैं, तो आप तालमेल के चरण में प्रवेश करते हैं।यह वह जगह है जहाँ आप एक-दूसरे को बदलने की कोशिश करना छोड़ देते हैं और एक-दूसरे के साथ मिलकर काम करना सीखना शुरू करते हैं।आप बातचीत करते हैं। आप समझौता करते हैं।आप सीखते हैं कि किन बातों पर अड़ना है और किन बातों को जाने देना है। यह चरण रोमांटिक नहीं होता। यह व्यावहारिक होता है।लेकिन यहीं पर सच्ची साझेदारी की नींव रखी जाती है।आप यह पूछना छोड़ देते हैं कि "आप अलग क्यों नहीं हैं?" और यह पूछना शुरू कर देते हैं कि "हम इस रिश्ते को कैसे सफल बना सकते हैं?"
चरण 5: साथ का चरण:
यह वह समय है जब शादी मज़बूत हो जाती है।अब आप एक-दूसरे को अच्छी तरह जानते हैं। अब ज़्यादातर हैरानियाँ खत्म हो चुकी होती हैं, और उनकी जगह एक गहरी समझ ले लेती है।आप एक-दूसरे की बात को पूरा करते हैं। आप यह जान जाते हैं कि दूसरे को किस चीज़ की ज़रूरत है, इससे पहले कि वे खुद माँगें।यह चरण शुरुआत के मुकाबले कम रोमांचक लग सकता है, लेकिन यह ज़्यादा समृद्ध होता है।इसमें जोश थोड़ा शांत होता है, लेकिन ज़्यादा गहरा होता है।
आप ऐसे साथी बन जाते हैं, जिन्होंने मिलकर कई मुश्किलों का सामना किया है। यह रिश्ता किसी भी हनीमून से कहीं ज़्यादा मज़बूत होता है।
चरण 6: गहरे प्यार का चरण:
बहुत कम जोड़े इस चरण तक पहुँच पाते हैं।यह वह जगह है जहाँ प्यार बिना किसी शर्त के हो जाता है।इसलिए नहीं कि आप एक-दूसरे की कमियाँ नहीं देखते, बल्कि इसलिए कि आपने उन कमियों के बावजूद प्यार करना चुना है।यह वह चरण है जहाँ आप एक साथ चुप रह सकते हैं और बातचीत करने के मुकाबले खुद को एक-दूसरे के ज़्यादा करीब महसूस कर सकते हैं।जहाँ आप झगड़ा कर सकते हैं और यह जानते हैं कि इस झगड़े से आपका रिश्ता टूटेगा नहीं।जहाँ आपने एक-दूसरे को उनके सबसे बुरे रूप में भी देखा है, और फिर भी साथ रहने का फ़ैसला किया है।
यह चरण मुफ़्त में नहीं मिलता। इसे कमाना पड़ता है। सालों की मेहनत से। आँसुओं से। और माफ़ी से।और यह उन सभी मुश्किल चरणों से ऊपर है जो इससे पहले आए थे।

Now a days it's really very difficult to plan any business trip

Flights are on regular basis getting delayed by 2-10 hours

More pathetic they are not updating regularly.

No ground staff give proper response.

Waiting on airport for last 3 hours

No phone call attended properly .

Department should take it seriously and allow 2/3 more players
