This is absolutely unacceptable now, @DaikinIndia.
I invested in 2 Daikin Cassette ACs believing I was buying a premium product from a trusted brand. Instead, I have been trapped in a never-ending nightmare of repeated failures, useless service visits, and absolutely no permanent solution.
I have raised complaints multiple times. Every single time, a technician is assigned, they visit, check the units, make some temporary adjustments, give false assurance that the issue is resolved, and leave. Then after a short time, the same problem comes back again. This endless cycle is extremely frustrating and has completely destroyed my trust in Daikin.
How many times does a customer have to waste their valuable time waiting for technicians who cannot fix the actual problem? How many complaints are required before Daikin takes responsibility? Is this the level of "premium service" you provide after charging customers a premium price?
I am tired of repeated visits, empty promises, and temporary fixes that solve nothing. This is not service β this is just wasting a customer's time and patience.
If your team cannot permanently repair these units even after multiple attempts, then stop sending technicians for meaningless inspections. Take responsibility and provide a proper solution.
I do not want another temporary repair or another excuse. I demand a permanent fix immediately. If these ACs cannot be repaired properly, then replace the defective units or provide a fair refund/compensation.
A customer should not have to suffer endlessly after trusting a reputed brand like Daikin. This entire experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.
I expect immediate attention from a senior representative and a final resolution. Otherwise, I will continue sharing this experience publicly and escalate the matter through consumer grievance platforms.
