Evaluator 2: We can see a fair representation of women in the core team.

There are 3 types of evaluators:

1. Writes a novel in response. A conclusion is not always reached.
2. Writes one sentence in the report. Gives a GO.
3. Knows less than the applicant about the technology, market & EIC. Doesn't fully read the proposal. Gives a NO GO.
