BREAKING: The Court of Appeals has just ruled that the invocation of the Emergency's Act was in fact illegal.

This is a huge embarrassment for the Liberal Party of Canada.

They couldn’t live with the courts ruling, so they appealed it.

Now the Court of Appeals doubled down, and ruled that it was illegal.

Mark Carney, who has been advising the Liberals for the last 6 years, wrote an article in the Globe & Mail, calling for a forceful crackdown, sanctions and to punish protesters, effectively calling for the use of the Emergencies Act, prior to it being invoked.

BREAKING: Teacher Enoch Burke has been arrested, forced into a Garda car and taken to Mountjoy Prison after he refused to endorse transgender ideology.

Enoch Burke refused to comply with Principal Niamh McShane’s demand that he use the “they” pronoun for a male student, a demand she had no right to make.

As Enoch Burke is taken to a prison cell for the fourth time, Church leaders continue to hide in the shadows, betraying him by their treacherous silence on this issue.

We can speak very eloquently today about the horrors and abuses of the past - but these things are happening again before our eyes. Are we still going to remain silent?

We must say No to an ideology, now being forced upon our children, which is totally opposed to Christian teaching.

Savanna Kulla was shot by her ex-partner yesterday, leaving a 17-month-old without a mom.

This was altogether preventable.

The ex-partner was out on bail — despite facing serious firearm-related charges for allegedly discharging a gun at a home in 2023. His trial wasn’t even scheduled until 2026.

Savanna’s death is the direct result of a broken Liberal bail system that releases dangerous offenders back into our communities.

Conservatives brought forward legislation to fix this and the Liberals voted it down.

Conservatives introduced a bill to address intimate partner violence — and still, the Liberals won't commit to supporting it.

Now, a 17-month-old baby girl will grow up without her mom because this government refuses to take violent crime seriously.

Farmer reacts as CBC propaganda against ostrich farm hits new low

Drea Humphrey and Katie Pasitney respond to CBC's misleading 22 Minutes skit and debunk MSM smear tactics aimed at shifting public support away from the farm in its battle for survival.

Suppose the government's plan to cull hundreds of healthy ostriches located in Edgewood, B.C., is upheld by the Supreme Court, despite the flock having been recovered from avian flu for over 280 days. In that case, they're going to need the public to think that’s acceptable on some level, right?

Cue Canada’s state media!

In a disturbing display of propaganda, CBC’s 22 Minutes recently aired a Beijing-style comedy skit mocking Universal Ostrich Farms, which is currently in a standoff with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA). The CFIA has seized their herd and land while the court deliberates on whether or not the farmers should be granted leave to appeal the lower courts' decision to uphold the senseless cull.

Despite the flock showing no signs of illness for over nine months, and with mounting public and international support for the farm, the CBC’s segment leaned into a new wave of reports loaded with malicious framing and red herrings. They falsely implied the birds are still sick and even suggested one ostrich recently died from the flu.

In reality, the ostrich hen, named Spirit, died while in CFIA custody, not from illness but from apparent neglect after the bird was injured from being spooked when the Agency and RCMP descended on the farm.

Drea Humphrey of Rebel News sat down with farm spokesperson Katie Pasitney to discuss the skit and other hit pieces against the farm that cause a distraction from what’s truly at stake: food security, property rights, scientific freedom, and the independence of farms exploring non-vaccine viral antibody research.

RCMP arrived and listened to her message and they have gone to relay it to CFIA.

DISTURBING OSTRICH FARM NEWS:

The farm has released new footage exposing more CFIA incompetence.

Consistent with statements farmer Dave Bilinski previously told Rebel News, the video shows him warning the CFIA that Spirit, an injured hen who later died in the agency’s care, needed urgent help.

It also shows that CFIA staff GUESSED the bird’s temperature, ASSUMED she was drinking without seeing her do so, and are running a multi-million-tax-dollar seizure of hundreds of avian flu–RECOVERED ostriches without a qualified vet on-site.

Even worse, they’re taunting the bird with water she is likely to weak to drink, in front of a manure pile that she’s on.

All of this, while refusing to allow farmer Karen who they had previously arrested for caring for the flock, to administer the life-saving tubing and electrolytes.
