Mark Carney walked away from the US trade deal because of a clause that would allow America to decide who we can and cannot trade with. Which is fine, but at the same time Mark signed a deal with EU with exact same clause that now allows Brussels to decide who we can and cannot trade with.

Concrètement, il s'agit de fonds destinés à mettre en place un système d'attribution de crédits carbone aux navires entrant dans les eaux canadiennes.
Voilà pourquoi le Groenland était important pour Trump.
Garantir que les navires puissent emprunter gratuitement cette nouvelle voie maritime sous le régime américain, au lieu d'être taxés par le Canada.
