EXCLUSIVE: ICE moved to take custody of an illegal immigrant accused of plowing a pickup truck into a crowd on a Nashville sidewalk, injuring four people.

Felipe Alvarado Hernandez, 47, allegedly struck the pedestrians and then left the scene. Police arrested him more than a month later on multiple charges, including leaving the scene of an accident and driving with a revoked license.

DHS told Fox News Digital that one victim remained hospitalized in a burn unit as of July 29.
