So a girl I know who works at @SupermacsIRE Waterford Cork road is being discriminated against because she’s black. She got back from holidays with false lashes as it was her birthday.

And regulations apply to all employees, not just the black ones. The @SupermacsIRE manager also threatened her with the possibility of losing her job if she didn’t take the false lashes off. Knowing well that forcing them off may damage her own lashes. #racismintheworkplace

Her manager said she can’t come back to work with them so she pulled them out, slightly damaging her own lashes. A week later, a white girl goes into work with false lashes and nothing is said to her. @SupermacsIRE I think your managers need to ensure that the rules
