🇩🇪 1,051 German lawyers just signed a letter to ban a party millions of Germans keep voting for.

Judges, prosecutors and legal experts all say the AfD is unconstitutional and want the courts to shut it down before it climbs any higher in the polls.

The timing gives it away. The AfD is now one of the strongest parties in the country, so the move is to remove it by ruling instead of by vote.

And here's the catch. Under German law, regular citizens get no say in this. Only the government, the Bundestag or the Bundesrat can ask the Constitutional Court to kill off a party.

So a leading opposition party could be banned by the exact establishment it's beating.

Whatever you think of the AfD, that part should worry everyone.

Il a squatté sa propre maison… pour virer ses locataires ! 🔥🙄

À Bergerac, Jimmy Lestage, propriétaire, revient du Canada après 2 ans. Il avait prévenu ses locataires 6 mois à l’avance (plus que le délai légal). Une semaine avant la fin du bail : « On ne part pas. »

Résultat ? Il se retrouve à la rue avec sa fille.

Alors il décide de se faire justice lui-même :
→ Il s’installe carrément dans la maison avec eux (7 personnes, silence radio, chacun dans son coin).
→ La police le vire au 4ᵉ jour.
→ Il plante une caravane devant le portail, branchée sur l’eau et l’élec du garage.
→ Il découvre qu’ils ont rouvert le compteur d’eau à son nom → 2 038 € de facture. Il coupe le tuyau.
→ Eux lui coupent le courant de la caravane.
→ Lui appelle Engie et fait baisser la puissance au minimum : le compteur saute dès qu’on branche un frigo + une machine.

Quelques jours plus tard… ils partent.
Il récupère les clés le 5 juillet. Mais la maison (entièrement rénovée en 2019) est en ruine : moisissures partout, tout cassé. Huissier : 42 000 € de dégâts.

Jimmy assume : « C’était ça ou la rue avec ma fille. La justice aurait mis 1, 2 ou 3 ans. »
