@ReynosoBrooklyn @verizonfios is refusing to facilitate access to internet in my new home. We need Intenet to keep our jobs. @verizon says they can do guided self installation w/ @techsee_me but they need to HAND deliver the hardware. This is unacceptable. Please help!!

@VerizonSupport No, a certified Verizon technician does not have to DELIVER it to my home. There are a million ways to transport hardware - welcome to the 21st century. We are all making amendments to the way we work and live. You can find a way to deliver the crate without human contact.

@VerizonSupport In the video, @verizonfios technician David Metague is using the @techsee_me app to help the customer install the hardware he just delivered. As we can see in 0:20 minutes that package includes an ONT. How do I Obtain the service David provides?

@VerizonSupport At 0:20 second technician David Metague places the ONT into the box alongside other hardware and says “we are putting the ONT into the box and we will hand it over to the customer for self installation”. You can’t be questioning that.
