Delighted to take home 3rd prize for Best Community Environment Initiative tonight, at the Keep Wexford Beautiful, Environment Awards.
We received this award for our Spring Clean, May-Day Madness & Wild Killanne Creative Display Event.
It was a privilege for us to welcome delegates from all over the world to Killanne yesterday, as part of the International Geographical Congress. @igc2024dub. Thanks to @ArleneCrampsie & @GISwhizDom for organising the visit.

Looking forward to our Heritage Event on Friday night, we will start with tours of both graveyards, then we will unveil our new Heritage/Tourism sign in Killanne Village.
Then into Rackard's to continue our event, Rackards have kindly offered to provide refreshments for all!
Delighted to see our new Killanne Community Text Alert signs going up around the area this week.
Property Marking with our Community Garda will be available to all free of charge, next Wednesday 24th July in Rackards Carpark from 7pm.
🌸 Killanne Patron will take place on Friday 26th July at 7.30pm, Mass in the graveyard with procession to St Anne's Well.
This will be followed by teas in Killanne Hall ☕️🧁, all welcome!
And to finish off the night, at 9.30pm music with Eddie Doyle & Smart Band in Rackard's 🌸
