Conservatives are learning from centre-right governments that have confronted difficult economic realities and succeeded…because after Labour has finished raising taxes, driving away investment and making Britain poorer, we will need more than a change of government. 🇮🇹 Italy and 🇬🇷 Greece to Sign FREMM Frigate Sale Agreement on September 8, 2026!

The Implementing Arrangement between Greece and Italy, which activates the program for the acquisition of two Italian FREMM-type frigates (Bergamini class), is scheduled to be signed on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, in Rome, in the presence of Greek Minister of National Defence @NikosDendias , his Italian counterpart Guido Crosetto, and the Chiefs of Navy of the two countries.

The Implementing Arrangement finalizes the legal, financial, and technical terms for the acquisition of the first two FREMM-type frigates (Bergamini class).

- Carlo Bergamini (F-590): Sale/transfer scheduled for the first half of 2028.
- Virginio Fasan (F-591): Sale/transfer scheduled for the first half of 2029.

A major fire has erupted at the Amur Gas Chemical Complex — a $10–11 billion joint venture between Russia’s SIBUR (60%) and China’s Sinopec (40%).
The blaze hit the pyrolysis unit, the heart of the facility, covering around 2,000 square meters.
At least 3 workers are dead and approximately 150 injured.
The plant was only weeks away from starting production. It was designed to produce 2.7 million tonnes of polymers annually — one of the largest complexes of its kind in the world.
The project had already been delayed for years after European partners pulled out following 2022.
No evidence of external attack has been presented. The site is roughly 6,000 km from Ukraine.
The fire broke out on the same day a U.S. Air Force C-17 landed in Moscow carrying, according to multiple reports, CIA Director John Ratcliffe — a visit both sides refuse to explain.
A strategic Russian-Chinese industrial project is heavily damaged just before launch… while high-level American intelligence arrives in the Russian capital under total silence.

This is what I’ve found during my research on the wild horse round up.

The BLM has to pull excess horses off Nevada range. Without predators the herds double every four or five years. They strip the grass, drain the water holes, crowd out other wildlife, and end up starving when the land bare. Public land needs the balance of the round up. Unfortunately that’s reality.

Some of the horses are placed in long term pastures and cared for the rest of their lives. But the remaining ones nobody wants or adopts get sold off. Buyers sign papers promising they won’t be slaughtered. Then they turn up in kill pens and get trucked to Canada or Mexico where they are slaughtered and their meat heads to dinner plates in Europe and Japan.

They round them up claiming protection, then lose track the second the title flips.

America has a choice. The government can help supply horse meat to countries where it’s acceptable or we can stand on our conviction that horses are not food and demand real oversight after the sale.

I know my choice.
