Litauens Behörden reagieren nicht wie auf einen dummen Internetwitz, sondern wie auf das, was es ist: eine mutmaßliche hybride Einflussoperation. Die Staatsanwaltschaft in Klaipėda hat ein Vorermittlungsverfahren eingeleitet. Der Verdacht: Diese Inhalte könnten dazu dienen, einem fremden Staat dabei zu helfen, Litauens Verfassungsordnung, Souveränität, territoriale Integrität sowie seine Verteidigungs- und Wirtschaftskraft zu untergraben.

In den Posts wird sogar behauptet, der Hafen von Klaipėda gehöre Russland. Litauens Staatssicherheit warnt, dass genau solche separatistischen Narrative zum Werkzeugkasten des Kreml gehören: Gesellschaften verunsichern, Identitäten angreifen, Zweifel säen, Spannungen erzeugen.

Die litauische Rundfunkaufsicht hat TikTok bereits zum Eingreifen aufgefordert. Gleichzeitig sagen die Behörden: Die Reichweite ist bislang noch begrenzt. Aber genau so beginnen hybride Angriffe oft. Nicht mit Panzern. Sondern mit Memes. Mit Symbolen. Mit erfundenen „Volksrepubliken“. Mit dem Test, wie weit man gehen kann, bevor Europa reagiert.

Wer jetzt noch glaubt, das sei alles nur lächerlicher Online-Müll, hat nicht verstanden, wie moderne Destabilisierung funktioniert.

Klaipėda ist kein Meme. Klaipėda ist ein Test. Nach Narva der nächste Test.
