The Ag industry is at a cyclical trough. Revenue is likely to be up in 2027 after a multi-year decline. Inventories have also been falling. 4Q25 $DE: new field inventory for Deere 220-horsepower and above tractors ended fiscal 2025 at the lowest unit level we've seen in over 17 years. $CNH $AGCO

The Big Beautiful Bill (OBBBA) permanently reinstates 100% bonus depreciation under IRC 168(k) for qualifying property placed in service on or after 1/19/25 and applies to new and used property. Huge boon for AI infrastructure and datacenters.
