At 5:22 AM Eastern this morning, Dolly Parton’s name was quietly added to the official vaccine injury reporting system.

The report, submitted by the doctor who signed her death certificate, states that Ms. Parton was “repeatedly injected with mRNA.”

Her cause of death is still listed as “pending.”
