Discussions about art in Blue Exorcist after season 2 are annoying by this point. Yes s3 has art problems, yes animation is not on A1 level and yes there are some cuts. But they fixed art in s4, animation still is good just it prioritizes important episodes because

@miss_medic1999 Yes season 1 did a lot of damage in the west. And this is a good example. Amazing Impure King arc is being threw away because of stupid nostalgia and thinking that filler ending is the real thing. I don't get how because ending is from nothing but here we are :D

@I_SalasArt If you go past shitty first season it is anything but. One of best manga around that as well isn't that easy to get. Especially when the story around Blue Night and Yukio happens. I mean I would never recomend shit that is s1 after episode 15 :p

@MinddestroyedX I mean finale is just filler that is not canon to sequels so it's not like you need that. I watched episode 16 to last one only one time when it was airing in 2011 and I never want to see them again. Especially episode 16 that I still have pure hatred towards.

@Sketch1984 We don't even have toonami here but I wonder if they ever will air season 5. Because it was something to see reactions of people on that cliffhanger more than year after its original airing. Still it's not like s1 is worth anything after episode 15.

@_enter_the_void You are not wrong we are getting to the end game. This full break was for last chapter planning. The thing is that it is just not next chapter because we are in the middle of a fight :D And of course it's good to take break especially that binging is better here.

@otakunathanime @_abdullah_1mran @Thezdr1ve Well it was a new seiyuu back then and he got really good after few episodes. And no one mind him later as Shinra in Fire Force. In the end it is pretty close to manga adaptation with few fillers, that's way better than other series from Pierrot.

@otakunathanime @_abdullah_1mran @Thezdr1ve Add to that Flame of Recca and Tokyo Ghoul^^ The two adaptations I saw from them that were good is Yu Yu Hakusho and Black Clover. And in second case it was all because of director. I only dislike Deen more as adaptation go, you just can't beat Violinist of Hameln on that.

@sshinigami09 @nostalgiaa Blue Exorcist is from 2009, manga started that year. 2011 is season 1 and it being only 2 years after manga started that is monthly so they had less than 20 chapters was the reason why it has shitty filler ending. So in this case it is 00s series :D

Contrary to that Soul Eater has over 30 great episodes before it gets into its stupid ending and Blue Exorcist s1 has 15 canon episodes and 4 sequels :D So yeah one of the worst cases especially that seasonals existed by that point.

@_abdullah_1mran @otakunathanime @Thezdr1ve At least in second case sequels were made. And both weren't even close to Twin Star Exorcists disaster. Filler endings are dead :D so I wouldn't be worried about it. They will just stop at the end of an arc and wait few years.

People were saying she meant last chapter of an arc but the words she used is finale as finale in the series. So that tweet is reaction for that. It's not that next chapter is last. We probably have around year or two to real finale one.
