@British_Airways Alright, I ended up submitting 2 formal complaints via the official British Airways complaints process. It will probably take them half a year to respond but at least it's been formalized and there's a record of the refund request.
@wench126@adyslough@Flight_Refunds@British_Airways The number you provided is only accessible from the UK and I'm in Luxembourg. +44 20 3250 0145 is for "outside UK" and hangs up on you whether you choose option 1 or 2 after talking about "difficult" times. I don't see anyone else holding on to my cash in these "difficult" times.

@British_Airways Last question (lets' call it #3), 1 of the 4 flights I was supposed to be on (SNVKIN) was cancelled by BA, does that not mean that I should be receiving a full refund to the credit card through which I paid? Looking forward to getting some answers. Thank you!
@British_Airways 2nd question... whilst most airlines are extending status of memberships for their members by 1 year, BA is not clear. Yesterday, I logged in, and I had my Silver Status extended to Apr. 8, 2021. Today I logged in, and I've been downgraded to Bronze...why?
@British_Airways alright, what's going on with your customer support line? Whether I choose 1 or 2, I get hung up on regardless. I've been waiting for a refund/travel voucher since March 18th. It was supposed to arrive within 7 days... where is it? Ref: SNVKIN
Important to remember that #Covid-19 epidemic control measures may only delay cases, not prevent. However, this helps limit surge and gives hospitals time to prepare and manage. It's the difference between finding an ICU bed & ventilator or being treated in the parking lot tent.
