@michaeladdidle@iscm_micro Brought in criteria a few years ago to limit PUA to moderate to severe pneumonia. Have saved thousands++. And still v unusual to get a positive even in CAP admitted to ITU. Also not uncommon to have neg PUA despite pos blood culture. Time to get rid of PUA??
