‼️ The @UNSRVAW recommends scrapping the NRPF condition to eliminate discrimination in access to support for migrant victim-survivors. We welcome these findings and urge @ukhomeoffice to ACT NOW.

- recognise that crimes of "stalking and/or coercive control" had potentially been committed, which could have led to an arrest.

Are you able to buy a Christmas gift for the women living in nia’s specialist refuges? They’ve put together their wish list and it would mean a lot to them at this time of year https://t.co/dThVsvIh4e
We have been leading a campaign to reform immigration law for victims of abuse for over 30 yrs & will not stop unless the rights of all victims are recognised regardless of their immigration status. The Victims Bill is a significant step in this direction. #SupportMigrantVictims

The Victims & Prisoners Bill is a rare opportunity for the govt to extend protection to victims of abuse with No Recourse to Public Funds by allowing them access to vital services. A law with victims at its heart cannot leave migrant victims behind. 1/2 #SupportMigrantVictims
📢Today I reveal that ALL police forces in England & Wales have shared the data of migrant #DomesticAbuse victims.
@ukhomeoffice must end this practice that stops victims from reporting and allows abusers to evade justice.
