@lastminute_com Hi, I am unable to DM my booking ref as the responses are preset replies. The date of my booking has passed, if I can be reassured someone will be in touch eventually then that’s fine, else I’ll do a chargeback claim.
@lastminute_com hi, I’ve tried to contact you re a holiday, I just get passed round the houses on a recording, no doubt charged for it and then hung up on. I have a booking, I’ve heard nothing, can’t request refund or change via website, what do I do?
@Hermesparcels I’ve been told you contact you as apparently you can’t deliver at my address, despite many, many deliveries at my address. This is ongoing since 18 Dec and I’m furious. Can’t get through to anyone for help, diverted, fobbed off. ABSOLUTE JOKE.
@ZARA_Care Horrific experience with Zara! Delivery expected 18 Dec, never even sent out! Items now out of stock & in stock not sent out now twice! Countless time wasted on phone and on chat, shocking experience. Order now cancelled which contained 3 Xmas presents! Shame on Zara.
