It’s honestly a shame that when a girl charges $5, $10, or any amount that feels too low to someone else, the first response is often, She’s ruining the community, instead of wondering whether that money might genuinely help her. That $5 could buy her food. That $10 could put gas in her car. That $20 could help with a bill, medicine or something she has been stressing about all day. To you, it may look like undercharging. To her, it may feel like relief. Yes, women deserve to be paid well. Yes, we should encourage each other to raise our prices and avoid giving too much for too little. But helping a woman recognize her value should never involve embarrassing her for accepting an amount that matters to her. Her affordable price is not ruining your business. A buyer who only wants to spend $10 was probably never going to be your $100 buyer anyway. There is room for women who charge $5, women who charge $500, beginners finding their confidence and established creators who know exactly what they want. It’s just sad that a community built around women making money can be so judgmental toward women who may genuinely need it. Encourage her. Teach her. Help her grow. But never shame a woman for accepting $5, $10, or any amount that may change her entire day. ❤️✨️
