I am a writer, researcher, and midlife woman who did not plan to become an expert in menopause—but became one anyway. Feel free to subscribe to my newsletter :)
I wrote a book about peptides for women, but not the hype version. I’m looking for honest feedback from women who are tired of the “just eat less, train harder” advice.
It's available on Amazon now, please have a look:

But somewhere along the way, I realized this book was never really about.
It’s really about friendship, purpose, getting older without growing old, and why grown men willingly spend four hours chasing a tiny ball around a field. The Golf Guy Decoder is available now.

A very simply put together book that I share in combination with my other Menopause books that I have on Amazon, to give you some bonus as a token of my appreciation 🙂

This meant a lot to me. It tells me that something I worked on actually has an impact on people's lives.
If you want to have a read, feel free to check out my book, perhaps it can help you and your partner in some way 🙏

Reader feedback the other day about my book "She Is Not Crazy, It's Menopause". She bought the book for her husband and after reading it he said: "I didn't realize what you were going through. I am so sorry for all the times I wasn't there for you".

It’s not the big things.
It’s the small ones… suddenly feeling big.
Midlife doesn’t make life harder — it lowers the buffer.

You’re still capable. Still experienced.
Still getting things done. But suddenly… you doubt yourself. Midlife doesn’t take your competence.
It just makes it feel less certain.

You’re eating well.
You’re exercising.
You’re doing the things that used to work.
And suddenly… your body stops cooperating.
Midlife changes the rules — not your effort.

Stress sensitivity shifts the nervous system.
All of these factors affect how the body responds to effort.
What worked at thirty may not work the same way at forty-five.
That isn’t failure.
That’s biology.

Your Body Is Not the Enemy
It’s easy, during this phase, to start viewing your body as uncooperative. As if it’s working against you. But your body isn’t sabotaging you.
It’s adapting. Hormones change the way energy is stored and used. Sleep disruption alters recovery.

Most women enter perimenopause with no map. A little context in their late 30s would prevent a lot of unnecessary panic in their 40s ❤️
@Bryan17321871 Honestly? The anxiety.
Not the “life is stressful” kind, the sudden, wired, out-of-nowhere kind that makes you wonder if your nervous system has been replaced overnight. No one warned me that hormones can quietly rewire your stress response.
Ever had a moment at work where your brain suddenly… stalls?
You know the answer. You just can’t reach it.
Midlife brain fog is real — and it doesn’t mean you’re losing your edge.
