@EdLdshpMSUM While PLC’s may be helpful, PLN’s are more self-inspired and desired. Rather then being assigned, individuals have the freedom to network and seek resources in a more personalized manor. It’s limitless, timeless, and free!
@EdLdshpMSUM Social media is one of the most powerful ways to refine your craft as an educator. It has Pinterest like activities and contains better conversations than in the staff lounge. Can’t beat it!
@StaciAllmaras A5: A principal listens and makes students (and staff) feel relaxed in their work environment. They know the leader personally. A principal continues to grow and evolve alongside families as a whole, especially in a new and difficult situation. #msum640
