@DrRankinPeds A1: For KY in 2012, HB1 started the process of limiting the prescription of opiates such as Opana and Oxycontin. Unfortunately it didn't address treatment of addiction issues in the state. Our prescription opiate addicts became heroin addicts, quickly. #NursesStopOpioidAbuse
