@SW_Help My 16yo would have had to spent the night at the unstaffed station in a storm if a hotel manager hadn't taken pity and bent the rules to let him check in. My complaint via your webform hasn't even received an automated acknowledgment. Your customer service is a disgrace
@SW_Help The conductor and driver of the 1827 from Clapham Junction poled out on dozens of passengers they'd dumped at Yeovil Jct without ensuring they had onward transport or the means of paying for a hotel. My 16yo faced a night on the station because hotels don't accept minors
@SW_Help You abandoned my 16yo at an unstaffed country station late at night in a storm when his train to Exeter terminated at Yeovil Jct because of bad weather. Promised coaches didn't arrive, there were no cabs available, hotels don't accept unaccompanied minors.
