@ishtonio @IRIGenDem My colleague Zeljko and I already created a questionnaire to see what you guys would like to see from Europe representatives. Then we can gather your and our ideas and see what is feasible.

@ishtonio @IRIGenDem Collaboration is certainly what we need, but often distance is an obstacle. We can create new bilateral opportunities or simply take good advantage of what already exists. We do have things in common, we just meed to find and bring them together.

@IRIGenDem I would also like to see GenDem create even greater impact and be regarded as one of the most significant youth networks worldwide where merit and hard work prevail, where everyone can have access and where each and every little piece of impact is recognised.

@IRIGenDem I hope to see us help GenDem grow, extend its reach, form partnerships and represent every youth. I wish to see every social group represented by at least one person. To boost this equality and diversity.

@IRIGenDem My idea that I would like to see implemented is the creation of a Leadership Academy. I want to help GenDem form alliances and extend its reach in the European region.

@IRIGenDem We need to spread the word, reach out to other youth organisations and grow bigger. This is my ultimate objective. I also want - before leaving - to make our members’ ideas true, to hear that they found space and opportunities.

@IRIGenDem There are many more tasks split amongst the GMAB and revolve around the rest of our objectives: events, campaigns, missions…

@IRIGenDem Our roles as European representatives are similar. We set regional goals and split the tasks amongst us. Our objective is to keep our members connected and extend our mission to more European countries.

@IRIGenDem We also organise regional projects, that aim to observe democratic procedures in Europe and find out our young people’s perspectives on their participation and engagement.

@IRIGenDem My role is to connect and assist members from Europe to the rest of the network and the GenDem opportunities.

@IRIGenDem The VP’s role is split between the network’s representation and other tasks (social media visibility & goal-mapping). As a European rep I also set regional goals.
