Data analysis is hard. We tried to make it easier (for M/EEG)!
We developed a toolbox based on MNE-Python to make preprocessing, source recon, and other analysis easier, and more efficient, transparent, and reproducible.
It's called osl-ephys - check it out! (links below)
A renovated version of the free open-source Python package for sleep scoring is available.
The new standalone version is much easier to install and use. Please RT, and check it out at:

If you have a child under the age of 16 (inclusive) we want to hear from you! Our research wants to know what caregivers deem to be important information about children’s sleep, as well as gaps in knowledge that need to be addressed.
‼️JOB ALERT‼️- please retweet
We are looking for 1 PhD candidate to join our team @LMU_Muenchen. If you are interested in #sleep and #memory, please do get in touch! https://t.co/WksbEVquIV

Excited that our paper is now published! We explored how verbal and non-verbal TMR cues affect sleep oscillations. A massive thanks to the co-authors @sacairney@mggaskell @DanDenis73!
Join us at UEA - we're buying loads of new toys for the sleep lab! I'd be happy to discuss the role with anyone thinking about applying.

I'm happy that the last chapter of my PhD is now published in @JOSS_TheOJ!
𝒓𝒆𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒄𝒓𝒊𝒑𝒕 is a functionality implemented in @fieldtriptoolbx which helps researchers to increase the reproducibility & transparency of their analyses.

Are you interested in studying networks and dynamics in your neuroimaging data?
Do you wish there was an open source Python toolbox that made this easy?
If so, check out our brand new toolbox: osl-dynamics (https://t.co/1m4WXBTOoM).
🚨New paper alert!
We explore how the sleep features that characterise depression could increase vulnerability to the disorder by promoting overgeneral autobiographical memory, emotional memory bias, and memory suppression deficits.

I’m recruiting for a post-doc! I’m looking for someone to drive the creation of new acquisition or reconstruction techniques for functional magnetic resonance spectroscopic imaging (fMRSI). Previous experience of spectroscopy is not a requirement.
I'm looking to supervise PhD students on topics related to language learning or literacy over development at @YorkPsychology. Details of funding opportunities for UK students available through https://t.co/lclz5HBJ0a Please do get in touch if you'd like to discuss ideas!
Thanks for organising! Had a wonderful time learning about reproducible data analysis pipelines for all the neuroimaging methods and meeting great people!
Sadly, this is the last tweet from #COGNESTIC 2023 - thank you for everyone who attended and participated. Soon we will start preparing for #COGNESTIC 2024 :-) @mrccbu
Our launch event is in two weeks!
We are so excited to hear talks by @tonyR_H, @AgataBochynska, @etienneroesch, @LoekBrinkman, Birte Christensen-Dalsgaard, Lorna Wildgaard, Katarina Smitt Engberg and Jesper Wiborg Schneider.
