This isn’t true. However, walking can burn fat efficiently if you do enough of it but most people don’t. You would need at least 10,000 steps daily to start to see any difference in your body.
Love that some of my closest friends have serious jobs with serious titles but when we get together or are chatting, they are the most unserious and chaotic. So hilarious 😀
Adult friendships are so funny because you really just lose a friend on a random day after realizing you clearly don’t mean anything to this person, while at one point they meant the world to you.
