@SW_Help This is not good enough. You could see my ticket in the Trainline app, with the date & time of my train clearly ( even a booking ref ) Only the barcode couldn’t be seen to be scanned. I could have also provided the booking email.

@SW_Help My e-ticket was stuck on ‘creating’,  Was met with a rude & unhelpful member of staff who wouldn’t let me through the barriers. Told me I’d need to buy another ticket if it didn’t load at the barrier - I’ve spent £60 on a ticket #southwesttrains 😡

@SW_Help No not with any help from staff. After restarting my phone a few times it finally loaded but close to missing my train. Absolutely no compassion or kindness from a male staff member, & Mary whom he deferred too.

His Royal Highness passed away peacefully this morning at Windsor Castle.
