@PostNL I tried to phone this morning but it rang out for nearly 20 mins 😕 I am waiting for 3 parcels sent by my parents from the UK to NL (unfortunately no tracking code) one of which was sent over 3 weeks ago. Is there any way of finding out what has happened here?

@PostNL This is not the first time parcels have gone 'missing' somewhere along the line, and I find it really annoying that there's no other way of finding out what happened if you don't have a tracking code (not issued as standard in the UK, and a lot more expensive to buy)
