@TPEassist I’ve been trying to reply to an email that TPE Customer Relations sent me for the past week. EVERY message returns a delivery failure. Please supply an alternative address I can contact.

@TPEassist I raised a complaint on July 13th and got no response. I forwarded the same complaint back to you on 18th August. It took a further week to get an auto response with case number but I’ve still yet to hear anything from an actual person! Help!

@DVLAgovuk My Dad has downloaded DIAB1 form, where should it be sent? On the website it states ‘send to address on the form’ but there isn’t one stated on the form. Please reply, my Dad held on the phone for TWO hours and was cut off. Please respond

@DVLAgovuk Please respond. This is ridiculous, no answer on phone or web chat and same on on Twitter. Your processing SLA’s are bad enough as it is without wasting time sitting around waiting for an address that’s meant to be on the flaming form in the first place!
