@Kilimall This kettle is one example. I bought it, used it for some time then it exploded. I applied for an after sale service, kilimall accepted it, it was to be refunded.

I got no refund upto date, when I complained, I was informed that I didn't pay for the item within 2hrs! 😳😳😳
