It is designed to:
• reduce immediate US tariff pressure
• look at interprovincial trade barriers
• direct government to cancel American procurement contracts
• Add tolls and fees to U.S based trucks.

Anything the government determines is needed to counter act trade threats.

@dockevinmcleod Yes I’m confident that it’s not adequate and I agree there are examples of where efficiencies/cost savings/better care can be found.
This is important as governments are cash strapped, the public health system is stressed and the health of the population seems to be not great.
