Today I have been on the receiving end of praise and also given praise to someone else. I don't think this happens often enough in the NHS and today has really reminded me how important and encouraging positive feedback can be for colleagues 😊

For #CarersWeek, our focus is on improving communications with carers. The Trust has made its annual pledge to work alongside carers and families to improve our communications with them to enhance patients’ and carers’ experience of our care. @InvolveNottsHC
We have our 2nd Staff Carers peer support group this Wednesday at 10:30-12:00.
These sessions are open to all @NottsHealthcare staff, whether you have caring responsibilities or if you would like support to support staff carers.

Access to support services is vital for unpaid carers
Our Adult Carer Survey found that many unpaid carers could not access support due to not receiving an assessment
Next week, #CarersWeek charities will be releasing new research on areas unpaid carers can be better supported
