I think the best way to get parents involved in their child's learning is by actively involving them in classroom activities. This can done by setting up an online blog that parents and students have access too and can post things on! @P4Learning#acuedu_p#parentengagement
I have been including QR codes in many of my uni assessment tasks lately and my tutoring students have been loving it as well. Whilst I was browsing on Instagram today, i came across a cool 'QR Library', where each QR code reads a loud a classic story book. #acuedu_p
In terms of knowing more, I feel the content of EDFD452 has been adequately covered strengthening my professional knowledge. Cannot wait to put it all into practice 💃😊 #acuedu_p
The most significant thing I have discovered during EDFD 452 is the incredible support networks within the university and in the community! What an experience and a community to be apart of :) #acuedu_p
What an amazing idea!! The teachers allocated each student in the school a square and a colour to colour them in. The amount of organisation for a school to do this and pull it off is simply remarkable. #acuedu_p
Found some activity ideas for children to focus on improving fine motor skills. I worked with a young student during my TLC placement last year and we did multiple activities similar to this, and these would’ve been great to use as well.
