Still being harassed by @eir via text & email even though I cancelled my account ages ago. When I rang in May, I cancelled. AGAIN. Paid what they said I owed. Few weeks later I get the bloody texts & emails again with a new amount! Any point going to a solicitor? #FRAUD
As a former customer service manager, I'm perplexed at the lack of professionalism by @eircare. Nobody answers the phone plus poor communication between Departments. Ironic considering it's a communication company. Issued raised with @comreg. Hoping for resolution!

@eircare It's a litany of queries actually. No installation at all yet. Signed up in November. Being overcharged, and now you're threatening to terminate my account and affect my credit history when I've been trying to cancel it for months 😤
Tried to set up eir & the installation failed so we should not be charged anything since it FAILED. (Salesperson promised this). But so far we've been charged nearly €100 since January, still no internet & customer care refuse to cancel it or answer phone. Disgusting @eircare
