After 3 weeks - a half term break and some heavy flooding - grassroots football resumed today for Annesley AFC Sat u11's coming away with a 0-2 away win against G3A Benfica.
Both teams played some open football and looked to play out from the back which was really positive to see

Annesley AFC sat u11's saw them play their first league game of the new 2023/24 season with a 0-2 away win against Southwell City Boomerangs.
The Boomerangs kept coming back to threaten the AAFC goal, but AAFC went on to maintain a clean sheet with a deserved win.

Annesley AFC u11's ended their summer season campaign as tournament winners at the ATFA Brinsley FC tournament. Annesley played some excellent football throughout the day winning all their games and maintaining a clean sheet throughout.
