@HMRCgovuk you have had my money for approximately 12 months, I paid my self tax assessment January. I have requested the money in my account 3 times, followed up with a telephone call providing security answers. Just pay me. 4 months waiting, 3 requests submitted!

@iancollinsuk your last caller Brian from Swindon states the police have an independent body for complaints. True, however only for members of the public NOT staff. Staff have to use Grievance procedures which are NOT fit for purpose.

@HMRCcustomers , i did an online tax rebate application in 16/06/2023, upon checking my account, it states it has been completed and I should have received a reply 07/07/2023. To date I have heard nothing. Upon ringing 0300 number, I was passed to 3 people with no resolution!

@HMRCcustomers Submitted online form to claim a tax refund on a small pension lump sum. I am in receipt of ref for application which states it is completed online
