@p_ganong It seems to be increasingly hard to be a leader, inundated with decisions, challenges, and complains. I wonder if this is true for managers/leaders broadly (I have heard anecdotal stories). The political polarization has been particularly challenging to pastors.

@asacarny @mattkahn1966 Also, the dynamics of these adoptions may change over time. It's not uncommon for a new technology to favor existing superstars first but have a more equalizing effect later.

@asacarny @mattkahn1966 Anecdotally, the robot may actually have helped some surgeons become superstars or solidify their superstar status. It would be super interesting to look at prices in the private insurance market one day.

@JoshuaSGoodman I also noticed that these children still had bare hands. Where I grew up the winter rarely got below 40 F but we had no heating. Everyone wore glittens and I highly recommend them.
