For the first time in their 25-year licensing history, Qualcomm is the net payer to Huawei, meaning they are paying more to Huawei for patents than the other way around.

This marks the defeat of the US in its tech war against China. The US have exhausted its entire national and international toolbox trying to kill Huawei, and yet, Huawei have only grown stronger.

A key technology being licensed to Qualcomm by Huawei, is its logic folding chip technology. Huawei's Logic Folding is the key to Tau Scaling Law, which is the successor of Moore's Law, as it near its physical and more importantly its economic limit by TSMC's 2 nm nodes.

After nearly 10 years of trade and tech war against China, the US lost. We are taking away the hegemonic pillars of the US, from the financial powers of its US dollar, to US tech ecosystems, one brick at a time.
