@JudyPhi36537386 @mscdivina I spend most of my time in my room. I have found out that they allowed passengers onboard who did not have proof of a negative COVID test as required. It took them two days to test everyone which resulted with over 50 cases identified. Those 50 had contact with numbers guest
I am currently on this cruise and it it is my worst cruising experience I have ever had. I have been cruising for 20 years and I have never been treated as bad as I am currently experiencing on @MSCDivina. The ship is old, the staff is rude, the paid WiFi is a joke.
@GailStorry@mikeadamserrano @mscdivina I was just at these ports in November. I explained this to the staff and requested the procedure to fly home and they refused to help
@GailStorry@mikeadamserrano @mscdivina They know when they left Miami that they had infected Crew they aloknew that they did would not be admitted.. the crew told me the night before yet they claimed it was a last minute decision by the islands.
@mikeadamserrano@VdMariel @mscdivina This is interesting because they put out communications that said it was the Islands Decision.. they supply do not want to refund us our money.
@VdMariel@mikeadamserrano @mscdivina They allowed passengers to board with the knowledge that that had crew that tested positive and the ports on the itinerary would not accept the ship they did the same thing in November. They acting as if it is a surprise and that the islands have told them last minute. All lies
@AAnderson1771@mikeadamserrano The WiFi is horrible I tried to request to leave and fly home and they refuse to help me. The crew keeps saying they don’t know if immigration will allow them to let anyone off the ship. They knowingly let passengers on the ship with a sick crew.
