@SpotifyCares I can for sure when I get home from work. I'm just heading out and that will be a few hours. I honestly believe it might be something wrong with my personal phone. My husband can pull up the app just fine.

@SpotifyCares Well that's not OK. I tried to do a screenshot and I received, "this app doesn't allow screenshots". I'm still sitting at, " Something went wrong. Check your connecting and try again". My connection is fine. I logged in on my computer, at least the website.

@SpotifyCares I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that was a mistake. Checked all of my permissions and made sure they are allowed. Checked battery saver. I'm very confused. I use this every single day.

@SpotifyCares I have tried everything. It keeps telling me that I am offline but everything else is working. I can't even attempt to login on your website. I get there fine, click login and nothing. This all occurred randomly. My Spotify app was working fine am yesterday.
