@trishgreenhalgh Sustainability model is also really useful. We often make changes that don’t ‘stick’ even when they seem to be great. Using the model at key points can alert you to what you might be forgetting before you’re sat around afterwards wondering why.
@trishgreenhalgh 3. What changes can we make that will result in improvement? (Creativity, thinking hats, driver diagrams, fishbone analysis, mapping). 4. Then PDSA (small iterative tests of change, psychological safety, keep measuring and adapt/adopt/abandon as appropriate).
