@ryansolsten In Australia successive conservative governments have tried to wind back Medicare, but it is a uniting issue, no one wants that access stripped back. We do have private health insurance but it does not work in the same way as the US. Best wishes to your Dad. Keep Fighting.

They are lawyers picnics, they achieve nothing and nothing changes. Wat we need is effective policy and legislation that cannot be 'got around' by business & unions.
