@aydizzle_@carbo_al Well why do you think New York is expensive? You should be mad. Or do you think less supply will reduce house prices? Or maybe you will inherit one of these properties in the future and you sell the lie to everyone that corporate greed is the problem.
@carbo_al Many comments: beautiful no development, no gentrification. Those same people: everything is so expensive, wonder why (blackrock, blackstone, black”insert anything here”). Human mind is crazy 🤪
@ScottJacksonMS@remarks Unfortunately it’s both liberals and republicans Scott. Incentives for boomers are too strong for them to stop getting free money. We should all come together and propose efficient policies no matter the political party.
@markraymond@daveweigel The word altercation is profoundly misleading and NYT didn’t even know what was happening in real time. So you are in fact contradicting yourself. News are biased by construction. It’s inevitable. The NYT gamble is not to gamble, which in this case is considerably worse.
@BobJonesonX@plasticolicious Why is cheap labor bad? You realize Bob that in life you cannot have affordable healthcare without competition. That goes for everything. Housing, food, etc. I’m sorry but there is no free lunch in life. Cheap things come at the expense of more competition. That’s nature.
