Week 1 of Swing Refining- Baseline w/@blastmotion

Avg swing speed: 46.3 mph (peak 49.4)
Avg hand speed: 16.3 mph (peak 18.4)

Goal: 55 mph consistently by end of fall — staying on plane, correlated bat angle, better rotational acceleration + time to contact.

Memorable Spring 2026 tournament: PGF Leesburg! Five Sunday bracket games, 5hits, a .556 AVG, .687 OBP, and 6 RBIs. After facing adversity on Saturday. I came back Sunday with a walk-off hit against that very same team. So grateful for teammates who always had my back! 💪🥎
