Bayo Ojulari is the first GMD of NNPC to speak the truth about the refinery. I feel very relieved with his direction and we must praise him for audaciously stating that the Dangote Refinery has come to save the country's oil and gas sector. All past GMDs should undergo a forensic audit of their administration to uncover where the wastage from the rehabilitation of the refineries went. President Tinubu must not look away from this matter and should ensure accountability in the sector.
