Some passengers have unrealistic expectations and are entitled jerks. They also don't understand the rating system
5 stars = driver should keep his gig
4 stars = driver should be fired
3 stars = driver needs to be fired
2 stars = fire the damn driver
1 star = FIRE THE DRIVER NOW https://t.co/u4o4AxHXJ1
@AskLyft Come on now, even I know this is a completely canned, made up response. There is absolutely zero reason for a shared ride to cost more than the regular ride. The app is simply screwy. I've ridden over 5000 miles between @Uber and Lyft. not a newbie.
To see if the fare increases?
Uh no. Drivers can't see anything like that.
Also, shared rides suck and the passengers who choose shared rides suck. They also never tip.
Take your broke ass "I'm so tired" (and misinformed) complaints and shove 'em up your ass.

7 minutes and this guy goes to twitter complaining. For a 7 minute discrepancy? Bet he rated his driver less than 5 stars too. The level of entitlement passengers have is off the fucking charts. 🤷♂️

Here you go... Just to further prove that the ratings system is bullshit. 3 stars, you might think of as average but Lyft thinks it is worthy of a critical response team intervention. Give fives stars unless you want your driver fired. https://t.co/pGB4SHBkLR
@cardibsbutthole Hi there, if you have rated your driver 3 stars or less then this ride has already been brought to the attention of our Critical Response team. If you would like to speak to someone directly about your experience please use the "Call Me" button at https://t.co/ava7Is1iec
OR?
Or tweet about it?
It would probably be the decent thing to do to tell him since he doesn't have eyes that extend to the backseat floor.
