@MacFarlaneNews To provide context, this happens a lot to both sides. Each side usually tries to “sneak” in things during reconciliation that don’t fall under the rules of reconciliation.
@JohnTWallace3@bidro287@FearedBuck Not sure who you’re replying to, but that’s true. You have to pay your “pro rata” share unless you have a commercial certificate and are operation under an AOC or 119.1(e) in which case you can be compensated.

@DJSnM I certainly don’t envy being in that position. I’m guessing he was the only pilot on board. I always like having another set of hands with me while flying IFR.
