Pls do something that a particular road is designated for fire, police and ambulance in the state so that the common citizen don't suffer.

Hon'ble Chief Minister @SuvenduWB,

Today my mother visited Kalighat Kali Temple, one of the holiest Shakti Peeths and a symbol of Kolkata's spiritual heritage. After waiting in the queue for nearly 2–3 hours, she was allegedly told that her puja materials and prasad would not be accepted unless money was paid first. This left her feeling deeply hurt and humiliated.

It is extremely disappointing that devotees visiting a sacred place of worship are allegedly being pressured for money before being allowed to perform puja. No one's devotion to Maa Kali should be measured by their ability to pay. Such behavior not only hurts the sentiments of devotees but also tarnishes the image of a temple that attracts thousands of pilgrims and tourists from across India and the world.

This issue has been raised by devotees for years, yet it appears to persist. I request your kind intervention to ensure that devotees can worship with dignity, without harassment, intimidation, or unofficial monetary demands.

A temple should inspire faith, not fear of exploitation.
